Hey everyone,
I thought I would share with you today my three top Super Smoothies. Why are they called Super? Well they are full of good nutrients, vital minerals and vitamins, and they keep you full for longer.
I have been on a life style change for the last year and I started making smoothies for breakfast and sometime lunch. These smoothies have kept me full till one O'clock in the afternoon, much better than sugary cereal which gives me that 10 O'clock slump. Since they are super they are so healthy for you with NO artificial flavorings, No sugar or sweetener added all is made from goodness that comes from the earth.
Get rid of the coffees in the morning, and start adding this in to your diet trust me they even taste amazing.
What you need is ether a awesome blender or a magic bullet or something along those lines.
