Its less than a month till Christmas who else is excited?
Hopefully by the end of this post you will be.

The lead up to Christmas is probably the most exciting part of the year for me, it all starts of when you see the decorations in the shops, the lights on houses, the festive food coming out in the shops and getting your Starbucks drinks in a red cup. This is how I know Christmas is on its way.
Before I went on this healthy eating rampage every Christmas I would rock up to Starbucks almost every day while I was at uni and buy one of their festive drinks Gingerbread frappé, Peppermint hot chocolate or Toffee almond frappé. After finding out out one grande sized frappé from Starbucks is worth more than your days work of calories I took it upon myself to come up recipes with similar flavoured Christmas inspired drink that would get you through the holiday season, and clocking in under 200 calories.
