First of all changing your lifestyle, diet or trying to lose weight is some times a daunting task. For me it was not knowing what healthy foods to buy for you weekly shop or what healthy meals to cook. I'm going put together a shopping list of the staples I use every day or on a regular bases.
When I started losing weight the easiest thing is to try a cut out as much processed stuff as possible but some times that is easier said then done. At this point of time I have managed to lose just over 40 kilograms and thats all thanks to healthy eating and exercise. Over the past year and half I have tried to east as many whole foods as possible and try stay clear of food that contain gluten, dairy, processed sugars and most packaged food. If it is a packaged food, in the ingredients list It must not contain any words I can not pronounce, numbers and additives.
I have put together a guide on what I eat in a daily bases or weekly bases all of these food are good for you and will keep you fuller for longer they are what makes up most of my diet. Just remember this is only a guide you are welcome to put in any other food that you think you're missing out on.

I use it as a replacement for flour in a lot of my baking. Almond flour is also a great alternative for baking. Thank.Thank for your comment.
